The Pipeline Intelligence Model.
Most outbound is a series of one-off experiments with no memory between them. PIM is a measurable system: eight checkpoints from market signal to booked meeting, wired into a loop that makes every campaign smarter than the last.
Eight checkpoints. One compounding system.
Every stage of PIM is measurable. If a number stalls, you know exactly where the system is leaking. If the Compounding Index is flat, your outbound has no memory.
Intelligence
Before anything sends, the market is mapped: buying signals, fit-scored accounts, and segments with distinct angles.
This is where most outbound fails silently. A purchased list skips M1 and M2 entirely, which is why the first email is dead before it leaves the outbox.
The Loop
Briefs become live sequences, replies get triaged daily, and every objection is logged as data rather than discarded as rejection.
The loop runs weekly. Angles that pull qualified replies get more volume; angles that fall flat get killed before they burn the rest of the list.
Learning and Outcome
The weekly intelligence report converts replies into sharper targeting, and qualified conversations land in your CRM as booked meetings.
M7 is the stage that separates a system from a series of experiments. Learning flows back to M1, which is why the dashed line at the bottom of the model is the most valuable path on the page.
The Compounding Index
One number for the whole system: how campaign three performs against campaign one on qualified replies per hundred sends.
A CI above 1.0 means your outbound is learning. A CI at or below 1.0 means you are repeating the same campaign louder. Most teams have never measured it because their stack has no memory to measure.
