Intellectual property
The SynchIntro name, the Crossing mark, and site content belong to PathSynch Labs. Deliverables created for you in a paid engagement are yours to use for your business once paid for.
Third-party tools
Campaigns may run on third-party infrastructure (for example, sending platforms and CRMs). Those tools have their own terms, and your accounts with them are governed by those terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PathSynch Labs' liability arising from use of this website or a service engagement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
